QUESTION: It is 2002 toyota camry if it does it must of been been bypassed not sure i got it installed

Answer
It does indeed need a bypass kit.
The PKALL in fact

http://www.xpresskit.com/product.aspx?productid=196

(I have them here for 89.95)

Without it, the Toyota immobilizer
will shut off the fuel rail, and engage
long tamper mode to keep it from starting.

Best to take it into a local shop to
check for the bypass kit and maybe have
it reset if it lost programming, or needs
to be replaced, or, by one from me
and put it in yourself to be assured it works
properly each and every time.
