Car Alarms: 92 toyota 4runner alarm, toyota 4runner, alarmtek

Out of nowhere my alarm will nit turn off anymore by simply turning he key in the ignition. It use to turn the alarm off. Now it turns everything on all lights and everything else works when i turn the key. but me engine won't start and the alarm won't turn off. How can I fix this?

It was simply exausting sending the same info/
