Car Alarms: 97 Accord, window switches, switch battery

Question
I have a 97 accord SE. Suddenly I put key in to start car and I get no start up power at all no clicking. All lights on panel do not come on except battery light.  Can hear fuel pump come on, radio turns on, ac turns on, but no power to window switches.  I have replaced ignition switch, main relay switch, battery, and removed starter which tested good.  any suggestions?
