Removed my car alarm by pulling out the fuses and my rear brake light stays on when my key is out and car is off what should i unhook so my brake light will not stay on...

Well you only disabled whatever that fuse controlled,
and now have the other issues associated with that.

One of those things being the brake light so,
now you would need to put the fuse back in it and get
a better, long term way (www.DISARMALARM.com) to
disable it.
