Car Alarms: 2003 Sebring alarm issues, best bet, computer time

I have a 2003 Sebring and my car will not start because the alarm keeps going off, even when I put the key in the ignition and try to start the car.  Unfortunately there are no mechanical key locks on the doors so I can't turn it off that way either.  Is there possibly a wire I could cut?  Or is my best bet just taking it somewhere to get looked at?

No. Super difficult security in this
car and it also has a transponder in the ignition switch.
No single wire to cut, or ground out on this one.

Best thing here is to contact Chrysler for some support
because it will require some computer time and a full
reset and program if the transponder has been breached.
