Car Alarms: 98 T&C doesnt start, good luck

I hope you can find the time to answer me
I have 98 T&C suddenly one Im trying the it turn on 3 second then turned off
I tried 3 times to start but now even doesnt turn on for 3 second ; totally turned off
I checked battery , viper,starter everything passed

It was happned last week and morning in started work after 1 day

now it stopped again I hope you can help me
