Car Alarms: 99 mercury cougar alarm, mercury cougar, alarmtek

i own a 99 mercury cougar  i left the headlights on and the battery died so after jump starting it now the i get the alarm its the audible noise and flashing fender lights ive checked all fuses radio theft device and disconnected the battery is there a way to fix it or disable it
