Car Alarms: dissarming viper alarm!, viper alarm, designtech

I accidently hit a wrong button on my remote and now I can't dissarm or start my truck, it's stranded in another city!!! I also forgot which model I have since I've had it for a while. is there a reset I can do with my remote, please help?
