Car Alarms: disable viper alarm, 2003 yukon denali, designtech

I have a 2003 Yukon Denali and it already had the viper alarm in it. My question is that my remote key completely froze and when I replaced the battery it still doesn't work and now when I open the door the alarm goes off. How do I disarm the system completely?
