Car Alarms: need to dump this alarm please!!, prestige alarm, honda civic

I have a 2000 honda civic with a prestige alarm in it. I lost my keys and remote and my other remote refuses to work. battery is new. I'd just like to bypass the kill switch thingy. Any ideas?
