Car Alarms: 02 Aztek security, pontiac aztek, remote starter

Question
Greetings,
My 02 Pontiac Aztek just started exhibiting the following issues. The "Security" message is lighting up in the message center on the dash and the power windows, door locks and air conditioning are all non functional. This vehicle is not equipped with a remote start system. Would you have a product that might correct these problems? The vehicle has the Pass-Key III system and neither ignition key resolves these items. The car will still start up and drive.

Thanks,
Don...

Answer
Well, I do have a bypass kit for the PASSKEY 3 system in the 2001-2002 Aztek,
but I can not speak to the malfunction you are currently addressing
since inspection from me is not possible, no guaranty would be either.
However, I think it would since the vehicle can still be started. ;>)

The bypass kit in this case would also need a remote starter
to control the bypass module's function, but if all things are equal and
there is NO DAMAGE in the ignition/PASSKEY 3 device, then
I give you a 90% chance that this would correct it.

If there is internal damage to the PASSKEY 3 of any kind, then the
trouble you have now, will persist. But from the brief description,
it should correct the computer/security reporting issues.

Up to you. I have the module in stock if you want it:

To purchase this kit with a good, basic remote starter
