Car Alarms: keyless car remote, keyless car, auto responder

Greetings. I'm trying to program my car remote (audiovox prestige aps95bt3)and the instructions they gave me were to press the black button on the divers side by the foot peddles and so on. I didn't find a black button.  I received the info from an audiovox tech on the phone and was on hold for one hour and seven minutes. Tell me something good.
