Car Alarms: problem with Viper 473v to my Honda Civic 2001 car, honda civic 2001, google search

I have the below problems with Viper 473v remote to my Honda civic car.
1. When I lock/unlock, I am not hearing any alarm (chirp) sound.
2. When I lock and unlock, the driver side door is not unlocking. (Need to manually unlock the driver side door).
