Toyota Repair: keyless entry, keyless entry systems, toyota rav4

I recently bought a 2003 Toyota Rav4 S. It has power locks but car came with no remotes so I'm not sure if my car has keyless entry and the remotes were lost or if my car just didn't come with it. Can you tell how I might figure that out. I can buy a remote IF my car has that...HELP

The best way to go about this is to contact a toyota dealer's service department and ask them if they can do a vehicle inquiry using your VIN# it will list all equipment that was either factory installed or dealer installed, there are two types of keyless entry systems that were used, either insatlled at the factory where the car was assembled or at the port of entry or dealer installed, once I know this information I can let you know which remote you need, it's almost impossible to tell whether or not it has any keyless entry at all without looking at the original delivery data.
