Car Alarms: Hornet 553T alarm, alarmtek, toyota corolla

I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla which has a Hornet 553T alarm installed in 2003.  Tried to get into car and noticed LED light not blinking.  Alarm does not go off, car will not start.  Searched and found no toggle switch.  What do I do next?
