Car Alarms: Silicon central locking and alarm system, replacement transmitters, alarmtek

My car, Maruti Zen, 2002 model is fitted with Silicon central locking and alarm system. I have two remote keys. Of this, one is not functioning now, may be some fault in the electronic parts. Can I get another remote or do I need to change the entire system.
