Car Alarms: mazda alarm disabling, mazda 626, 1998 mazda 626

my 1998 mazda 626 alarm goes off  and off and off i have cut the green and red wires / the red and green wires it dose not disable the factory alarm how do i make my alarm stop going off for no reason and not mess up the rest of the car?
