Car Alarms: remote battery relaced-now restart alarm?, alarmtek, starter systems

My battery died in my PYTHON CE0890 and after replacing it I can't figure out how to reset the alarm. The light on the remote blinks, but it doesn't lock, unlock, or start the car. What do I do?
