Car Alarms: Viper 5101 Alarm For My 1995 E38, google search, purple wire

Question
I am trying to install a remote start in my 1995 E38.  The problem is that the remote start tries to turn on the car's ignition but it does not come on.  I checked the flashes on the Viper module and it says manual mode not initialized but my car is has a automatic transmission.

I tried to change to the auto mode but I am still getting the no start.  I left a probe on the wires coming from the Viper module and it sends no power to the ignition switch.  I used 12volts wiring guide but my car has three constant +12 and three green wires which are all ignition.

The Viper has Ignition Input/Output...Input 1.....Input 2.  How am I supposed to wire it up?

Bulldog says that ignition 2 is the purple wire but 12volt says it is the accessory, which one is it?
I know that they say my car needs the bypass since it has EWS but I took my key, gutted it out since the batteries were dead, and it still started, unlocked, locked and allowed me to drive and restart the car again, so I know that is not the problem.  Thanks.
