Car Alarms: car alarm, kia rio, fuse box

Question
i have a 2001 kia rio. the alarm in it is a "i lock" brand according to the window sticker. i went to go somewhere the other day and clicked my key-chain clicker to turn off the alarm. it wouldn't turn off. i have 2 key-chain clickers so i tried the other one but it didn't turn it off either. i checked the batteries and they were good. even the little light on the clickers come on when i push the buttons. so i opened the door and found the fuse box. there's a little button there for if you don't have the clicker you can turn it off there. i pushed it but still no good. so i looked at the fuses thinking i'd take it out but i couldn't see any fuse that seemed to relate to the alarm. i even tried to go to the unit under the hood to disconnect the wires but the unit is completely sealed with the connections inside it so i can't get to them either. the alarm had been working fine a couple of days ago like it always had and no one has messed with my car so i just don't understand why it just messed up all of a sudden. it's been pretty hot here for the last 2 weeks but i don't think that should affect the alarm. what can i do? thank you for your time.
