Car Alarms: Viper Alarm, yellow asterisk, alarmtek

Question
For some reason my viper alarm is armed and im not able to disarm it with my remote, then when i put my key in the ignition and turn it just before it cranks then the alarm starts blasting off, I've tried pressing and holding the reset button but no luck. when i push the disarm button on my remote it just flashes the yellow asterisk button. don't know how to disarm what can i do? Thanks
