Car Alarms: ford anti theft, avital remote start, ford expedition

i am installing an avital remote start system on my 1998 ford expedition all works fine after installation but just after i start it remotely it runs for about 30 seconds then shuts off im reasonably sure this is an issue with the passive anti theft system is there anyway i can bypass then to get it working properly. It works fine with the keys in the ignition.
