Car Alarms: car wont start due to alarm, car alarm installation, alarmtek

Question
my battery went dead recently on my Peugeot 306. after recharging it the alarm wont disarm, which also is not allowing me to start my car. The alarm fitted is a meta system mo7 mykro. When the key is in the ignition the battery light comes on but no other dash warning lights or gages are working. The indicator lights do flash when unlocking and locking the car but the alarm sensor just stays on
do you have any advice please
