Car Alarms: Persuit Car alarm, site search engine, button works

Question
Is Pursuit still in business?
If not is the system compatible with any other remote switch. Only the #1 button works and I have no idea what the #2 button is suppose to do. When I exit the car the alarm system turns on after about a minute without locking the doors and when I go to get back into the car if I do not turn the system off, it trips the siren. This includes the trunk, so if I exit the car and open the trunk, the system will activate after 1 minute and when I close the trunk the alarm will sound.
