Car Alarms: autopage alarm problems, door locks, fuse

Question
i have a mustang with an autopage system...not sure of the model.  it blew a fuse the other day so i replaced the fuse.  since then the alarm will not lock or unlock the doors, or sound the horn.  the door locks and horn work fine still so it has to be within the alarm....any ideas.  thank you in advance

You would need to inspect all inline fuses
on the alarm system harnesses to determint the outage.
I can't do that for you from here, so get out
the manual and start hunting for the bad fuse inline.

If none is found, the system may now have damage and
would need replacing. But you have to inspect it to
find out.
