Audio Systems: have to reset radio & clock when I start the car, radio clock, dieing


Question
I have a 93 Plmy.Sundance. Every time I start the car I have to reset the radio & clock witch is part of the radio. I just got the car so I don"t know if it had any problems before.

Given the age of your car, there are two possible culprits: one is that the wiring on the back of the radio has come loose. The other is that the battery is on the verge of dieing, and can't keep a steady charge going to the radio so it will hold the time. I would recommend visiting your local dealership and having them take a look at the car, as it might be some other kind of problem. I'm not too familiar with your kind of car, so I'm limited to what I think the problem could be. Sorry I couldn't be of more use.
