Car Alarms: alarm problem, toyota corolla 1998, toyota corolla

i have a Toyota corolla 1998,i just bought it recently and took it to be washed thoroughly.after the washing,the alarm could not stop going off.unfortunately i don't have the remote to the car.we tried to check on the fuse system but we had to remove one fuse for the alarm to stop going off.the removal of that one fuse affected the radio system and the lights in the car.so what is the problem?
