Car Alarms: Code alarm, dee dee, ms dee

Question
We have a 2008 King Ranch F-150 with a codealarm system.....when we are driving sometimes we will hear like a frying noise in the front dash on the drivers side and then when we shut the truck down it will not restart. Then we see the red light flashing on the alarm system.  This is becoming very annoying and the dealership cannot seem to tell us the problem.

Answer
I strongly suggest you take this truck into
the installer that works for the dealership
for an inspection. If the dealer will not comply,
take it to a local car alarm shop for evaluation
and repair.

I would NOT let this go on too long though.
It actually could be melting the tape and wiring
if intalled incorrectly, and cause a fire down the
road.

Really Ms. Dee Dee, get it looked at ASAP.
