Car Alarms: Hornet 700T, auto security system, ron healey

I recently had to change my car battery. now the car wont crank over.Everything has been checked and found to be fine. It is fitted with a Hornet 700T auto security system that I suspect may have imobilised the car. Any suggestions as to what I do.
