Car Alarms: Car remote start issue, fcc id, 12 volt

FCC ID: ELVATOE PROOE4BS PRODUCT WAS WORKING BUT NOW ONLY LOCK AND UNLOCK SECURITY WORKING IT WON'T START THE CAR REMOTELY
PARKING LIGHT WAS FLASHING BEFORE BUT IT IS NOT FLASHING EVEN I LOCK OR UNLOCK THE CAR. I CAN HEAR THE SOUND OF LOCK, UNLOCK AND REMOTE START.

Can anyone please help me with this ?

I have Camry 2009 CE.
