Car Alarms: 2004 Mazda tribute Factory Installed Security System, mazda tribute, 12 volt

I had a stalling problem with my truck after my alternator was replaced. Had a full tune up done...was fine for a day then stalled again..Fuel pump is fine. Come to find out ...it was my security system . Try to start it stalls , start it stalls. we thought we got it right and it ran great for about 3 weeks.Now doing the same..Can someone help. Can I get the security system removed without it being too expensive or can someone help me get it disabled and reenabled correctly so it stays running.
