Car Alarms: Sidewinder Car Alarm, sidewinder car alarm, silent mode

I have a sidewinder car alarm with the remote start feature installed on my car. The alarm was put into silent mode on accident, and I can't figure out how to turn it back on. I've had an installer check it out for the valet button, but neither of us can find it. is it possible that the button would be located inside the fob? I've had to frequently take it apart to re-align the battery.
