Car Alarms: Alarm system, holden commodore, gr8 job

Hi, I just brought a holden commodore exec 1994 about 4mnths agO with a fusion alarm system and it was going sweet! The central locking was working fine an the car would start with no probs. Until one day I manually lockd the drivers door with the key coz it wasnt locking with the remote but afta that the door would not unlock itself with remote or the key so I had to do the dukes of hazard stylez an climb in an Out of the window just 2 drive it, but then a week l8ta the car just wouldnt start for no reason I thought it waz the startermotor an alternator but i was wrong. I Jumped on the net and read all these articles about people having the same problem with their cars caused by the alarm system shutting dwn their cars, well I have that same problem with mine and it sux. My brotherinlaw had done some work onit an cut all the wires to the alarm box and took them out free ov charge but he didnt kno how to rewire the mains back to normal, so I had a professional 2 re-wire the mains bak 2 normal. He done a gr8 job but he was unsure where two main plugs connected 2 as. It is the problem the cars still not starting it may have to do with the relay im not 2 sure so he left the job unfinished The lights all come on on the dash but the cars not turning Over He said there wasnt enough power going to the startermotor we tried new battery and still not starting so How professional is that??? I just need some real professional help or advice on what to do next or who to contact hopefully at a reasonable price as I have spent alot already and gotten no-where.
