Car Alarms: Viper 350HV, toggle switch, million ways

Hello,
I have a Viper 350HV alarm system in my wife's car,, the remote that came with the car has died so I bought a replacement three button one EZSDEI474V Viper)on line. but it came woth no programing instructions,, I've looked ALL over the internet not very helpfull found the little toggle switch (valet)turned on the ignition fliped the switch a million ways no luck,, followed Fords instructions turning on the ingition 8 times then pressing the lock/unlocking button no luck!!! Help,Help,help, if u can

P.S. The little blue light is on is it suppose to be blinking?? Thanks
