Car Alarms: Security alarm goes on sporadically, 2004 honda odyssey, honda odyssey

I have a 2004 Honda Odyssey EX.

It has only 9850 miles on it.

Suddenly during the day (or night) the security alarm goes on with out anyone being near the vehicle.  I have been to both a local auto electronic shop and a Honda Dealer...Neither have been able to determine the cause.   I park in a parking lot an apartment complex and my neighbors have just about had it with the disturbing noise.  In desperation I had a friend disconnect one battery cable to stop it and let my neighbors get some sleep...  I can't use the car without having someone reconnect the battery as I can not physically do this.

Any suggestions ???
