Car Alarms: Ungo alarm stuck in valet mode, valet mode, flip switch

I had an ungo alarm installed in my s-10 around march of 2000. The alarm has worked great all this time but for some odd reason it went into valet mode so now all I have is keyless entry. How can I get it back over to the regular alarm mode?

Make sure you do the procedure correctly.
Might have missed a step:

PUT IGNITION KEY IN IGNITION,
KEY ON TO JUST BEFORE CRANKING THE ENGINE.
PRESS IN AND HOLD VALET SWITCH
UNTIL YOU GET A RESPONCE
FROM THE ALARM.

KEY OFF.

This should toggle the alarm in and out of
valet/override.

If toggle type switch.
KEY ON, FLIP SWITCH, KEY OFF,
START THE CAR.
