Car Alarms: viper 5900 sst alarm/remote start, viper 5900 sst, keyless entry systems

Question
The dash light blinking 2 times then 4 times, even when the key is in the ignition and running. How do I get this to stop? and how do you set the siren duration the length of time siren sounds?   thank you!
