Car Alarms: predator evo4, search bar, bodywork

i have a predator evo4 alarm fitted to my subaru it was working perfect but after i took my car off the road to do sum bodywork and battery went flat couple of times and now wen i try to do anything with it it just flashes my indicators and wont turn of or on ie wont do engine start the fob just flashes i think i need it reset how do i do this??
