Car Alarms: Jeep Cherokee alarm too sensitive, nissan 200sx, jeep cherokee

Question
Car Alarms: Jeep Cherokee alarm too sensitive, nissan 200sx, jeep cherokee
2004 Jeep UK
I am based in the UK and own a 2004 Jeep Cherokee LTD.
I also own a Nissan 200SX with a "throaty" stainless steel exhaust system and, nearly every time I start the 200SX up, on the same driveway as the Jeep, the Jeep's alarm will sound!
I have taken to keeping the spare Jeep keys and alarm fob in the 200SX so I can deactivate the alarm from the comfort of my driving seat!
I have searched under the Jeep bonnet (hood) and can see no alarm looking box or sensor. I believe the alarm system to be OEM, though the Jeep was originally imported (right hand drive) from the US.
Any help in locating where the alarm is and how to alter the sensitivity of the vibration/movement sensor, would be gratefully appreciate - by both my self and my neighbours!
