Car Alarms: Auto Mate 474V, technical support desk, directed electronics inc

I tried to switch off the valet mode, but it doesn't work, the switch is a button red that lights up on top of my column

Turning the key and pressing on the button with 5 seconds doens't seem to work.  any other ideas?
