Question
I received the below response 5 minutes ago but when I tried to view the answer it stated that it has already been removed. How can that be?

Hello! An answer to your question:

I havae a Ford Explorer with a factory alarm. There is an LED on top of
the dash that flashes when the alarm is armed, and another on the front
left side of the dash that comes on when the alarm is set off.  That one
is now constantly flashes 2 times even when I m driving.  There is a
spring loaded reset switch behind the emergency break release lever that
does nothing to stop the flashes. Any idea how to reset this light from
flashing.

is now available. Click on or go to

Answer
Hmmmm, lets try again...
Make sure you do the procedure correctly.
Might have missed a step:

PUT IGNITION KEY IN IGNITION,
KEY ON TO JUST BEFORE CRANKING THE ENGINE.
PRESS IN AND HOLD VALET SWITCH
UNTIL YOU GET A RESPONCE
FROM THE ALARM.

KEY OFF.

This should toggle the alarm in and out of
valet/override.

I hope this solved it for you.
