Car Alarms: checkmate model#100spc, honda oddessy, search bar

have 1999 honda oddessy while driving engine cuts off. try to restart. starts and cuts off. try pressing the valet switch with several combinations turning key etc.--finally car stats and continues running.what to do???? can i diconnect entire system by pulling a fuse or what?????
