Car Alarms: car alarm disconnect, seperate system, shock sensor

for a 98 Ford Tarus I need to disarm the alarm that keeps going off indiscrimanetly. It is an OEM system I think. I can not find any button or toggle switch under the dash. When it goes off the amber lights flash on the front and the car horn blows and the red flashing security flashes. So irritating - can you help? Thanks

Without the valet switch, it's on to removal and repair.
This vehicle has 3 seperate system at work.
The 2 from the factory (alarm and PATS) and from
your brief explaination, an after market with a
pain in the butt shock sensor.

If you can not locate the switch (see pic) then
get the wiring for the car at  the wirewerx
(check your email) and retro fit it.

Remove and restore back to pre condition.
