Car Alarms: Rattler car starter, rattler car starter, rattler remote car starter

Question
I changed the battery, in my 98 Dodge Avenger, the rattler remote car starter, started the car 4 hours after this happened I shut the car off with the remote, 4 hours later (approx) the car started again, this happens every time i change the Battery, okay i buy the less expensive Batteries,  what is going on? Help!!
