Car Alarms: viper car alarm, designtech, kidwell

Question
I recently purchased a 2004 Mustang. it has a factory installed alarm and also a second alarm "viper" when i turn the ignition the alarm sounds and will not allow the car to start. it did it before and i found a switch under the dash, i pushed and held it in and the car would start, now that does not work anymore. i want to have the alarm taken out but i have to get it started first. can you help me please?
