Car Alarms: Securilock Problem, mercury sable, shock sensor

I have an 04 mercury Sable. every once and a while the alarm will go off for know reason. any idea how I can test the system and fix the problem or just disconnect the system?

No, no real test without triggering it.
Take it to a diagnostic session at a Ford dealer
for the best answer as to what exactly is causing
the alarm to panic.

If it was an after market alarm, I'd say it was
a sensitive shock sensor, but factory alarms
do not have them. They honk the car horn
and flash the headlights.
