Car Alarms: Prestige Alarm not locking or unlocking, prestige alarm, valet mode

I just purchased an '05 Suburban with a Prestige Alarm it has remote start, door lock/unlock and paging capabilities with the key fob.All was well until last week when I could no longer remote lock and unlock the doors, I can arm and disarm from remote but can no longer lock or unlock my doors.  Also, the remote start will turn the ignition but not start the truck. Very frustrating. Thanks for you help.

It sounds as if it was put into a "valet" mode, but the locks would
still work.

But I am leaning to this next option...

If this truck is using a bypass kit that does the locks
and the passlock bypass, I would go there first to make certain
it was installed correctly.

This does sound like it needs the right kit, wired
corrsctly.

Take it to the installer to inspect the work done.
