Car Alarms: Pro-9675FT Car Alarm Pursuit Series.., shock sensor, external sensor

Question
Lately my car alarm has been going off by itself. In my driveway, at parking lot at work wwhereever it feels  like. No doors are open and nothing is impacting the car.
97 S-10 Blazer 4.3Liter, 4WD, 4DR.

Answer
Ok, Locate the shock sensor and unplug it.
Then depend on only the door triggers to set it
off. If it STILL does this bad behavior, it's
likely time to check your vehicle's battery &
alternator, as most all alarms set off when a
perceptible drain is detected. It's unlikely,
all things being equal, to be an electrical issue with the
alarm.

Car Alarm's by design, depend on the power spiking
in the vehicle, or an external sensor being triggered.

Locate the shock sensor under the drivers side
dash, usually wire tied up in the harnesses.

Good luck.
