Car Alarms: Chapman Car alarm override., kia sedona, reset button

Question
I have a 2002 Kia Sedona with an aftermarket Chapman alarm system that also includes a start blocker of some kind. The other day the remote couldn't turn the alarm off and the van wouldn't start. I've tried the second remote as well, thinking that the first on emight be defetive or out of battery. No luck. Now I can't get the van started and I can't find any reset button or anything like that under the van. Is there a way to override the alarm?
