Car Alarms: Clifford G5 arming then disarming, intelliguard 950, clifford g5

Question
I have a Clifford G5 intelliguard 950. When I lock the car and arm the alarm it
goes through its usual procedure. But then instantly unlocks the doors with the
alarm still armed and working fine! Please HELP!
